Cancellation Policy

Healing Souls Wellness Center – Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens—schedules shift, kids get sick, work runs late. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice so we have time to fill your spot. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We do this not to be harsh, but because our therapists, estheticians, and technicians reserve that time just for you. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for other clients to book services and impact our team's income. If you’re feeling under the weather or there’s an emergency, please reach out.
